On behalf of Camden Depot, I've been contributing a weekly post for MASNsports.com. I took over the reins at the end of last season after Jon Shepherd left to work for Baseball Prospectus.
Here is a collection of those posts for the month of May:
Miguel Gonzalez is at it again: Gonzalez is again outperforming his peripherals and has been one of the team's best starters so far this season. He's on track to post the best numbers of his career and surpass the 171 1/3 innings he threw in 2013.
What should we know about Jimmy Paredes? He's cooled down as of late, but Paredes has come out of nowhere to be an early season offensive force. His performance isn't necessarily sustainable, but it's interesting nonetheless.
Looking at the O's corner outfielders: The Orioles have received underwhelming production from their corner outfielders. And since that post was published, Alejandro De Aza was designated for assignment. More roster changes for the outfield will be in the club's future if Travis Snider, Delmon Young, and David Lough don't start playing better.
Joseph has been a pleasant surprise in 2015: Caleb Joseph has been better than the Orioles could have asked for, and he'll play a big factor in whether the O's re-sign Matt Wieters after the season.
Look out for more MASN posts during the season.
